The music to the theme played over the end credits every week on Lawman was composed by Jerry LIvingston with words by David Mack. The verse included at the end was never actually played on the air as far as we know. For those who can't read the music below, the lyrics are as follows:
The Lawman came with the sun,Lawman
There was a job to be done,
And so they sent for the badge
and the gun of the LawmanLawman
And as he silently rode,
Where evil violently flowed
They knew he'd live or he'd die
by the code of the LawmanLawman
A man who rides all alone
And all that he'll ever own
Is just a badge and gun
and he's known as the Lawman[The following verse was not played over the credits;
we haven't found anyone who ever heard it.]Till folks could walk thru streets unafraid,
He would fight for what's right undismayed
When his job was complete, he'd travel onLawman
